Contemporary full-house remodel in Seward Park

This full remodel in Seward Park created a bright, open, and luxurious living space featuring an imaginative use of LED lighting, gorgeous tilework in the bathrooms, and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace encased in black porcelain. By installing two large north-facing windows where there were none, the clients could have stunning views of Lake Washington and Mercer Island. Custom cabinetry was used throughout to create convenient built-ins, including a beverage center, window seat with drawers, two desks with bookshelves, and a make-up counter in the bedroom. The powder bath features a unique floating vanity made of quartz.
