This four-star, green-built condo building is BrightWork Builders’ first multi-family new construction project. The exterior is a combination of brick and a custom-milled cedar rainscreen. By utilizing the framing lumber from the original house that stood on the property as the trim for windows and accent walls, we re-purposed beautiful wood and kept it out of the landfill.
